Think Track transitioned in 2024 from an Executive & Leadership Coaching firm to a seller of an integrated system of proprietary career and employment-related books. Think Track has focused on the following talent management areas since its inception:

Authored by James Bennett Taylor, all five books incorporate his 50 years of experience in executive placement, outplacement, coaching, search and selection. Bennett has a passion for helping organizations, businesses, and professional people achieve their goals. His skill set, leadership ability and extensive management expertise qualify him to effectively coach individuals and organizations. He was named a Career Management Fellow (CMF) in 1996 by the institute of Career Certification International.
