Bennett Taylor is the Founder and Managing Director of Think Track.  He is known for his ability to lead, communicate, coach, and facilitate.  Mr. Taylor has served large multi-national organizations, high profile professional firms, small entrepreneurial businesses and nonprofit organizations.  From 2000 to 2005, he facilitated an entrepreneurial CEO group engaged in personal and organizational growth. Bennett served 10 years in increasingly responsible positions with Coca-Cola USA after graduating from the University of Florida.  He successfully completed a Management Development Program offered by The Coca-Cola Company in conjunction with a faculty from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.  Mr. Taylor was appointed a Career Management Fellow (CMF) in 1996 by the Institute of Career Certification International. He earned a Certificate of Completion in Performance Improvement – Principles and Practices from ISPI's Human Performance Technology Institute in 2005.  Bennett is a past president of the Miami Chapter of ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) and the South Florida Gold Coast Chapter of ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement).

Ed Rivera is the Founder and Managing Director of XDL (USA), a management consulting firm that provides specialized HR services to small and mid-sized organizations.  His firm also arranges for the financing and purchasing of equipment, materials and other supplies and services for companies based in the Americas.  Mr. Rivera has nearly 30 years of experience in domestic and international banking.  His experience provides him with an unusually broad business perspective.  Ed was Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources for Barclays Latin American Regional Office in Miami from 1994 to 2001. In this capacity, he held responsibility for formulating and implementing staffing, compensation, training, development and succession plans for the Latin American region.  He served on the Bank’s executive committee and was actively involved in several other committees.  Earlier in his career, he held increasingly responsible positions in operations, foreign exchange, human resources and loan workout with Barclays in New York City.  Ed earned a B.S. Degree in Business Administration at the College for Human Services in New York City.  He has served on the Board of Directors for Miami ASTD (American Society for Training and Development).

Marlene Potter is the Founder and Director of Coconut Grove Center. Inc., a psychological services firm that provides marriage and family-related therapy to managers, executives, professionals and business owners.  Marlene is fascinated by recent research on how the physiology of the brain influences people’s emotions, behavior and interactions. This attraction led her to write a book, Emotional Hijacking, which was published by Amazon. Marlene moved to Miami in 1982 and served for two years as the Director of Family Services at the Addiction Treatment Program at Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach.  Prior to that, she was the Assistant Director of the Point of Woods Laboratory School at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, also  serving as a lecturer in the Psychology Department.  At Stony Brook, she pioneered the Turtle Technique, a method for teaching self control to children with behavior problems.   Ms. Potter, a licensed clinical social worker, holds two masters degrees and an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, including an M.A. in Psychology and Education and a Masters in Social Work (MSW).
